ini la cara nak kurus cepat.... nak kurus ke tak nak je tinggal lagi..

MACAM NI PUNYA DIET MMG CONFIRM KURUS LA...


  • 8 cups of water
  • Juice of 6 lemons
  • ½ cup of honey
  • Few ice cubes
  • 10 mint leaves
Heat the water, but it shouldn’t be boiling or hot. No more than 60 degrees. Add all the ingredients and let the mixture stand in the refrigerator for several hours.
